BBQ receipies, etc. - Beer buffs and Barbies!

Don’t miss seeing our favourite man of the moment, internationally trained Chef Ben Farley of Bar Be School fame, at the fabulous Beer & Brewer Expo, Melbourne Showgrounds this weekend.

Join Ben, and see our new Heat BeadsĀ® Entertainer BBQ on Stand #23, Expo Hall. Ben will present a 30 min. BBQ and Beer matching at 7pm, Friday 20th - Chang, Sol and James Squire Amber Ale - on stage in the Beer Matching area. NB. If you visit the presentation, or the Bar Be stand, you can enter a competition to win classes at the Bar Be School.

In your showbag at entry you will find a tasting glass to sample from over 100 full-flavoured local and imported beers from Broome to Colac and from Germany across to Thailand.

The Expo is open to the public Friday 20th March, from 4pm-9pm, and Saturday 21st March 10am-2pm and 4pm-9pm.

Furthermore….
For those of us who love a barbie, can take or leave the beer, and don’t think we have the same skill with the tongs outdoors as we do in the kitchen, a class or six, with The Bar-Be School is the answer!

The Bar B
fef
e School, founded by Ben Farley in 2004 has been a life changer for a rapidly growing number of people who love their BBQ, but perhaps had only one or two recipes that they cooked well.

With more than 6000 people so far across Australia, having learned simple, effective and tasty tips, tricks and recipes presented by professional chefs, in a fun, relaxed and professional BBQ class, there have been some impressive BBQ events staged by Bar Be School graduates.

” In addition to our fun filled classes for everyone, we also offer fantastic team building corporate events. Our clients are put to the competitive tasks of creating a gourmet BBQ feast and attempting to out do their counterparts. The team activities have a main focus of communication and team work where every member of each group gets to share and celebrate their creations” said Ben Farley.

The Bar-Be School runs classes across Australia from two main public venues in Sydney at Centennial Park & St Leonards, one in St Kilda in Melbourne, one in Keperra, Brisbane about 15 minutes from the CBD and its latest venue is the Brokenwood Vineyard in the Hunter Valley NSW.
